Hi, I’m Shelby — a Fitness Instructor, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) who’s passionate about helping women uncover what’s really going on in their bodies so they can finally feel like themselves again… naturally.

Like so many of the women I work with, my own journey started with years of feeling “off.” Low energy, bloating, stubborn weight, hormonal ups and downs — all the things that make you feel frustrated because you know something isn’t right, but you can’t get clear answers. I saw different providers, tried different approaches, and still didn’t get the lasting relief I was looking for.

Everything shifted when I discovered integrative health. Instead of masking symptoms or settling for “that’s just aging,” I finally learned how to look at the whole picture — what was out of balance, why it was happening, and what my body needed to heal. Getting to the root cause changed my life, and now it’s exactly what I help other women do.

What is an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP)?

As an IHP, I’m trained in both functional medicine and natural health to uncover and rebalance the underlying root causes of dis-ease—not just mask symptoms. I use lab testing, lifestyle guidance, and personalized protocols to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Do you work with clients virtually or in person?

Yes! I offer virtual consultations, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. I also provide at-home lab testing kits shipped directly to you.

What types of health concerns can you help with?

I commonly support clients with fatigue, weight loss resistance, digestive issues, skin concerns, hormone imbalances, sleep problems, autoimmune conditions, and more—by addressing the underlying root causes.

Do I need lab testing to work with you?

Not always.

While functional lab tests offer powerful insight into what’s happening beneath the surface, we can absolutely begin with a symptom-based approach and personalize your protocol as we go.

I use a combination of in-depth assessments and ongoing feedback to guide your healing journey—lab testing is highly encouraged, but never required.

How long will it take to see results?

Everybody is different. Some clients feel better within weeks, while others need several months to fully rebalance. My goal is lasting results, not quick fixes—so I focus on sustainable healing.

Can you help me if I’m already working with a doctor or on medication?

Yes! I work alongside your current care to support your healing naturally. I always recommend speaking with your prescribing doctor before adding or changing any supplements or wellness routines.

How are virtual consultations completed?

All consultations are done virtually via video call, so you can connect from the comfort of your home. Follow-up is completed via email, where you’ll receive a personalized summary, protocol, and next steps.
